Which programs do you support?
Archicad, Vectorworks, SketchUp and Rhino including Grasshopper, on Mac and Windows. That covers installation, updates, libraries, templates and plug-ins, deployed centrally to every workstation.
Do we need a cloud subscription for licenses or BIM servers?
Not necessarily. Network licenses, Teamwork servers for Archicad and project sharing for Vectorworks can run on your own network. We check up front which options each vendor offers for your license type.
How is our project data protected on local servers?
With encrypted servers, 3-2-1 backups and regularly tested restores, plus access rights per project and role. The measures follow ISO 27001 and are looked after by a certified Lead Auditor.
Can remote staff and freelancers access local licenses and models?
Yes. Secured VPN access lets them reach the license and BIM servers in the office, with time-limited rights for freelancers that end automatically after the project.
