In short

What Apple IT support covers for Vienna companies.

One fixed contact handles set-up, management, security and day-to-day support for every Mac, iPhone and iPad in your company. New devices set themselves up through zero-touch deployment, and updates and security policies run centrally through Mosyle MDM. Problems are solved remotely; for roll-outs and inventories we come to you in Vienna.

Services

Apple business services for Vienna.

Everything an Apple fleet needs, from one partner instead of five.

Foundation

Apple Business Manager, set up properly.

Verify your organisation, confirm your domain and connect Managed Apple Accounts to Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. Your reseller assigns new devices to your company automatically, and we clean up legacy Apple IDs along the way.

Deployment

Zero-touch deployment for new Macs.

The new Mac ships straight to the employee, at the Vienna office or at home. On first start it sets itself up: apps, Wi-Fi, printers and security policies.

Management

Mosyle MDM for Mac, iPhone and iPad.

Enforced updates, FileVault encryption, firewall, software distribution and remote wipe if a device is lost. As a Mosyle MSP partner we set up the platform and run it for you.

Helpdesk

Support for your team, remote and on site.

macOS, Microsoft 365, Adobe, Archicad, printers, Wi-Fi: questions go to one contact who knows your environment. Most issues are solved remotely within minutes.

People

Onboarding and offboarding without gaps.

New hires get a ready device with every login on day one. When someone leaves, accounts are locked, data is secured and the device is prepared for the next person.

Identity

Single sign-on and two-factor.

Platform SSO links the Mac login to your identity provider. One password, enforced two-factor authentication and no orphaned accounts across twenty SaaS tools.

Data protection

Data security you can prove under the GDPR.

Encryption, patch level, screen lock and access rights are documented in the MDM. That is how you evidence the technical measures Art. 32 GDPR asks for, without spreadsheets.

Certification

NISG 2026, ISO 27001 and TISAX®.

Whether your company falls under the NISG 2026 itself or your customers ask for evidence: we prepare the Mac environment as an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor (TÜV SÜD).

Who it is for

Mac support for businesses, not for private users.

Vienna has plenty of good Mac helpers for private users setting up a new iPhone or a mail account. Our focus is different: we support companies whose work runs on Apple devices and that need management, security and evidence. Typical clients are:

  • Architecture and planning firms using Archicad, Vectorworks or Rhino
  • Agencies, studios and production companies with confidential client projects
  • Start-ups and tech companies that grow fast and need devices on day one
  • Consultancies, law firms and tax advisers with sensitive client data
  • Suppliers whose customers ask for ISO 27001, TISAX® or NIS2
Law & security

GDPR, DSG and NISG 2026: what they mean for your Macs.

In Austria the GDPR, the Data Protection Act (DSG) and, since 1 October 2026, the NISG 2026 apply. We translate the requirements into concrete settings on your devices.

GDPR: security of processing (Art. 32)

The GDPR requires appropriate technical and organisational measures. For Macs that means encryption, current updates, locked screens and clear access rights, documented so you can prove them.

Data breaches: notifying the Datenschutzbehörde

A personal data breach must be reported to the Austrian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours unless it is unlikely to pose a risk (Art. 33 GDPR). With an MDM you know immediately whether a lost MacBook was encrypted and whether it has been wiped.

NISG 2026: registration and reporting

The NISG 2026 (Federal Law Gazette I No. 94/2025) transposes NIS2 in Austria and has applied since 1 October 2026. Covered entities must register by 31 December 2026 and report significant incidents to the CSIRT with an early warning within 24 hours and a notification within 72 hours.

Supply chain: evidence for your customers

Even companies outside the NISG 2026 receive its requirements through customers, insurers and supplier questionnaires. We answer those questionnaires with real evidence from your Apple environment.

Vienna region

Remote day to day, on site in Vienna.

Day-to-day work runs remotely. For roll-outs, network work and inventories we come on site, in all 23 districts of Vienna, from the Innere Stadt via Neubau, Mariahilf and Leopoldstadt to Favoriten and Floridsdorf, and in the surrounding area in Mödling, Klosterneuburg, Schwechat, Baden and St. Pölten.

Remote support

Remote access only with the user's approval, logged and encrypted. Good for software, settings, mail and logins.

On-site visits

Device swaps, Wi-Fi and network, printers and plotters, meeting rooms and inventories are bundled into scheduled visits at your Vienna office.

Agreed response times

Response times are agreed in writing and tiered by urgency. An outage that blocks the whole team comes first.

One contact

No ticket ping-pong between changing technicians. You talk to the person who built your environment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Apple IT support in Vienna.

Are you on site in Vienna?

Yes. Vienna is one of our locations, alongside Berlin and Basel. Day-to-day support runs remotely; for roll-outs, network work and inventories we come to your office.

Do you support private users?

No, we only work for companies and organisations. For help with a private Mac or iPhone, a local Mac helper in Vienna is the better choice.

Does the NISG 2026 apply to our company?

That depends on sector and size. It covers essential and important entities in 18 sectors, generally from 50 employees or EUR 10 million in turnover and balance sheet total. Covered entities must register by 31 December 2026. We check this with you in the intro call.

Is Apple Business Manager available in Austria?

Yes. Apple Business Manager is available in Austria and free of charge. Devices you buy for your company from an authorised reseller or directly from Apple are assigned automatically.

We already use Jamf or another MDM. Do all devices need to be reset?

Usually not. Since macOS, iOS and iPadOS 26, devices can be moved to a new MDM through Apple Business Manager without losing data. Our MDM migration page has the details.

Do you also support Windows PCs?

No, we deliberately support Apple devices only. We connect individual Windows workstations to identity and network, and a Windows partner manages them. For mostly mixed environments a classic IT provider is the better choice.
