Our Swiss office is in Basel at St. Alban-Anlage. From here we serve north-western Switzerland and the Zurich region, in German and English, with security aligned to the revFADP.

Our German office is in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Projects such as MDM migrations, ISO 27001, TISAX® and NIS2 run across Germany, remotely and with on-site visits by arrangement.

Where are JF Agency’s offices?
In Basel (St. Alban-Anlage 50, 4052 Basel) and in Berlin (Prinzenstraße 85, 10969 Berlin). From both offices we work remotely and on site.
Do you work outside Basel, Zurich and Berlin?
Yes. Ongoing support and most projects work remotely across Switzerland, Germany and Austria. On-site visits outside our regions are arranged per project.
Which languages do you work in?
German and English, for consulting, support and documentation.
Is the offer the same in every country?
Yes. Apple device management, managed IT, IT security and certification consulting are available everywhere. The rules differ: the revFADP in Switzerland, the GDPR and NIS2 in Germany and Austria.
